Job Title: Corporate Immigration Attorney

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated and talented team at Klasko Immigration Law Partners as a Corporate Immigration Attorney. The role offers the chance to work on challenging cases at the cutting edge of immigration law, including employment-based immigration matters.

In this position, you will counsel clients and oversee high-volume employment-based immigration cases with USCIS, DOL, and the Department of State. You will prepare immigration petitions and applications, assessing eligibility, analyzing relevant legal issues, and developing evidence. Additionally, you will draft persuasive correspondence to administrative agencies and respond to requests for evidence.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school, bar admission, and prior corporate account management experience. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain a client-friendly focus and willingness to learn and take on added responsibilities.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $150,000 to $200,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
