Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Courtyard Salt Lake City Airport. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and handle room reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and friendly service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Operate the front desk computer system, managing room assignments, and handling guest requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel operations software
