Job Title: Counter Sales and Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Sales and Customer Service Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and fulfilling customer product requests, and answering technical questions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers through identifying and fulfilling their product requests and answering technical questions.
  • Provide accurate and timely execution of customer's orders, requests, and other services.
  • Use computer system to research products, conduct invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment.
  • Establish relationships with HVAC/R contractors and repeat wholesale customers.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
