We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Staff My Agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to meet with customers
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Insurance Sales Experience/Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-motivated and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
