Job Description

As a Products Representative for Chris Jones - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

What We Offer:

  • Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
  • Signing Bonus up to $2000.00

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred or
  • Bilingual - Mandarin preferred or
  • Bilingual - Korean preferred
  • Position may require irregular working hours
