Primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Coordinating activities of contractors and drivers
  • Overseeing the flow of inbound and outbound freight
  • Planning and executing delivery routes for drivers
  • Facilitating effective communication with terminal operations to enhance connectivity between terminal and corporate functions
  • Managing internal operational procedures
  • Handling multiple calls simultaneously from both internal and external clients
  • Taking ownership of all communications regarding changes affecting internal and external stakeholders
  • Generating various reports on production, quality, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the customer and/or Terminal Manager
