We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct defined aspects of client fleet operations
  • Oversee policy compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet
  • Develop and implement vehicle and equipment specifications and cost management programs
  • Manage fleet department budget
  • Develop and maintain outside vendor and service provider relationships

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline
  • 7-10 years Fleet Manager/Industry experience
  • CAFM accredited or in progress
  • Strong capabilities to effectively consult, influence, negotiate and to lead change
  • Strong rapport-building and effective relationship skills with persons having a broad range of backgrounds
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, project management and planning capability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), strong presentation skills; an effective listener
  • Fleet Industry knowledge
  • Experience with presenting new ideas to executive level
  • Proficient in at least one of the data visualizations tools, Excel; strong data mining skills
