Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Brooksource, you will engage in an external sales capacity, employing a relationship-oriented and consultative methodology. Your primary objective will be to allocate 75% of your time engaging with hiring managers, cultivating partnerships, and comprehensively understanding how to enhance their recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated account territory.
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with both new and existing clients through on-site meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Consult with clients regarding their hiring procedures, devising tailored solutions to facilitate organizational change, and delivering talent solutions via a dedicated internal team.
  • Advocate for clients with a focus on enhancing the experience of targeted accounts.
  • Negotiate strategically with prospective and current clients to finalize sales.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass established sales targets.
  • Set personal and team objectives through regular goal-setting sessions with your manager and sales support team.
