Key Responsibilities- Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
- Identify and mitigate different types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and financial well-being.
- Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
- University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
- Desirable skills: Book of Business, Client Relations, Credit, Credit Products, Customer Engagement, Decision Making, Financial Analysis, Identifying Sales Opportunities.
