Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $60,000. iCapital provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, equity options, and an annual performance bonus. Employees enjoy a wide array of benefits, including retirement plans, healthcare, dental and vision coverage, mental health services, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.

Employees are expected to work in the office four days a week, with options for remote work flexibility. Specific roles may have designated in-office requirements.
