Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Executive to join our team at Time Payroll Demo Account. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new leads to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new leads to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
