About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our Infant program at Guidepost Montessori. As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our youngest students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with Montessori principles and Guidepost's educational philosophy
  • Lead a team of Infant teachers in providing high-quality care and education to our students
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure seamless communication and a strong partnership in their child's education
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in Infant education and Montessori methodology
Requirements
  • Montessori certification or willingness to pursue certification through our Prepared Montessorian Institute
  • Experience working with children aged 0-3 in a group setting
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori
  • 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
