Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Childcare Lead Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing classroom activities for infant, toddler, and preschool programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement daily lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  2. Organize and lead games and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  3. Communicate with parents through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences
  4. Maintain accurate records of attendance, arrival, and departure times
  5. Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety and well-being
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Infant/Toddler CDA
  • 6-12 months of childcare experience
  • Ability to interact with people of all ethnic backgrounds, ages, and lifestyles
  • Working knowledge of computers and software applications
  • Certifications in Blood Borne Pathogen, CPR, and First Aid
