Job Summary
Rumble Boxing in Colorado seeks a highly motivated Sales and Membership Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the fitness industry and enjoy building relationships with customers.

About Us
Rumble Boxing is a premium indoor boxing franchise that offers concierge-level service, premium amenities, and a high-energy workout environment. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive and inspiring fitness experience for all ages and body types.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota

Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
