- Manage quotation process from initial request to final delivery, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of quotations, pricing, and project details for future reference and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the lighting industry or related field is required. Additionally, proficiency in reading and interpreting lighting specifications and technical drawings is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical approach, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, AGI32, and AutoCAD is a plus.
