We are seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Senior Program Office Analyst to join our team in Washington, D.C. This position is at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) supporting the Naval Systems Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge.
  • Collect data and prepare organization-wide project status reports and analysis.
  • Participate in individual projects to provide technical or business assessments, research, and problem resolution.
  • Assist project teammates with guidance for documentation, training, and best practices.
  • Coordinate efforts to optimize cross-project resources.
  • Participate in the financial and schedule assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps.
  • May provide a leadership role for work groups through knowledge of specialization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Ten plus (10+) years of relevant experience. A minimum of 20 years relevant experience may satisfy degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor.
  • Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
  • Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $148,800-$249,100. ManTech invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
