Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team at Millennium Enterprise Corporation. As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and their Investment Planning Management (IPM) group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze various FAA investment programs from a program management perspective.
  • Support the JRC Executive Secretariat and FAA Acquisition Executive (FAE) in day-to-day activities.
  • Plan logistics and develop meeting materials for working groups, meetings, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with a broad team of process stakeholders with diverse skills in the National Airspace System (NAS) and Mission Support.
  • Coordinate activities with stakeholders and team members, and prepare presentations with technical and program management contents for program status reporting.
  • Support and track the work of investment programs and report status periodically.
  • Lead and participate in meetings in support of the FAA customer.
  • Support the Post-Implementation Review (PIR) Quality Officer by developing monthly PIR Council reports and PIR Data Readiness Assessment reports.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in program analysis and management.
  • Experience working with the FAA and a general understanding of their processes.
  • Working knowledge of MS Sharepoint and Power Apps.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, and a proactive team member.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiences.
  • Strong analytical background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Federal Government program analysis experience, specifically related to large systems acquisition within the FAA.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with FAA NAS or Mission Support systems.
  • Experience with the FAA Acquisition Management System artifacts.
  • Experience with FAA Enterprise Architecture artifacts.
  • Experience conducting or participating in PIRs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiences.
  • Extensive and detailed knowledge of FAA NAS systems, investment analysis, solution development & implementation, and engineering practices.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, and other MS Office Products.
