We're seeking a motivated and forward-thinking team member to join our financial team at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) supporting the Naval Systems Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05). As a Program Office Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical or business assessments, research, and problem resolution
  • Collecting data and preparing organization-wide project status reports and analysis
  • Participating in individual projects to provide technical or business guidance
  • Assisting project teammates with documentation, training, and best practices
  • Coordinating efforts to optimize cross-project resources
  • Participating in the financial and schedule assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Four to ten years of relevant experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor
  • Experience working with technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05)
  • Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role

Clearance requirements include:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance prior to starting this position

Physical requirements include:

  • The ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasional movement about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers
