Job Title: Program Analyst - Workflow Manager

Job Summary:

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst - Workflow Manager to join our team. As a Program Analyst - Workflow Manager, you will be responsible for performing action-officer duties to develop briefings, documents, and reports for Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer-level meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative actions to review, disseminate, control, and track tasks/actions through electronic means.
  • Have experience with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or other tracking tools, reviewing staff packages for completeness, issues, and maintaining configuration control.
  • Develop and conduct records management plans and activities for Mission Integration.
  • Directly support an SES Tier 2 in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) Mission Capabilities – Mission Integration.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a team environment; present and explain technical information to colleagues, management, or sponsors.
  • Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary project team that may include engineers, scientists, designers, and technicians.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft products including Office and SharePoint.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Background in technical editing or professional writing within the Dept. of Defense.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
