Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vision Center Manager L3 to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of associates to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Vision Center.
  • Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of college or 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience or 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.
