About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Children's Law Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering high-quality data collection across all teams, monitoring data entry, performing analyses, and facilitating data interpretation for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor data entry and perform analyses to ensure data integrity
  • Facilitate data interpretation for continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain project work plans as they pertain to data collection processes
  • Review Legal Server product developments, enhancements, modules, and features with the E&L team
  • Ensure data compliance checks against data collection protocols and correct and update data in Legal Server
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to easily adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate results verbally and in writing to audiences of various levels and backgrounds
