We are currently seeking a Contact Center Operations Manager to join our team. As a Contact Center Operations Manager at Burlington, you will be responsible for overseeing the contact center operations, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.



Job Description:

The Contact Center Operations Manager will be responsible for:





  • Directing the daily operations of the contact center, including managing the team of customer service representatives;

  • Ensuring that customer service standards are met and that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively;

  • Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement;

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery;



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and operations management. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to analyze data and make informed decisions.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • A degree in business administration or a related field;

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or operations management;

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;



Benefits:

Burlington offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
