Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at our club.

What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with member tours, answering questions, and providing information about our club and services.
- Enroll members in fitness classes and sessions, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
