Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all field activities, including planning, organizing, and executing the project according to specifications, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of the project.
  • Oversee all field personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to the project plan and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
  • Document daily activities, production levels, and site visitors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Procure construction permits from local authorities.
  • Ensure all required materials and equipment are ordered and present on each project site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up residential construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
