Job Title: Construction Project Manager

At ADEX, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide overall field management and administration to field employees, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
* Manage subcontractors and vendors in a coordinated manner while developing long-lasting relationships for the Company
* Provide input and valuable review of subcontractor scope to assist the PM
* Create and maintain relationships with unions to foster harmony on the project site
* Maintain care and custody of the project site to assure safety is of the utmost priority

Requirements:

* BS or BA in engineering or related discipline
* Extensive knowledge of the Owner contracts, drawings and specifications, subcontract agreements, insurance risks
* Extensive knowledge of the Scheduling process
* Thorough knowledge of self-performance activities including site work, concrete, underground utilities particular to gas and electric transmission, substations, and campus infrastructure
* Ability to provide professional representation at a project interview
* Proficient at public speaking
* Thorough knowledge of OSHA 1926 and related Corporate Safety Program
