The ideal candidate will have managerial experience and a proven track record of working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing caseloads, and implementing behavioral interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage staff to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of support plans.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • MAP certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
