ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Consultant in Hospitality to join our Travel and Hospitality Consulting Practice.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering on Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. This role involves collaborating with clients and project stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure the delivery of effective solutions; leveraging your technical and domain expertise to address core business challenges; enhancing domain knowledge; supporting senior leaders in business development activities; contributing to the creation of practice initiatives or new service offerings; and fostering a motivating team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage one or more project workstreams, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and client engagement standards.
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to apply your expertise in resolving key business challenges.
- Enhance Cognizant's reputation from a solution provider to a trusted transformation partner.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of client challenges and align engagements to deliver optimal solutions.
- Leverage successful project outcomes to deepen client partnerships and assist in their strategic digital transformation journeys.
- Work collaboratively with Cognizant project resources and partners to meet project goals and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Contribute to the development of practice capabilities and brand recognition through thought leadership and participation in professional organizations.
- Engage in mentorship and support for less experienced consultants to foster growth within the practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development within the relevant industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a pertinent business or technical field; progress towards a Master's or MBA is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of core business processes and technology challenges within the industry.
- Certifications in Agile and SAFe methodologies are preferred.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
The annual salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Cognizant also offers a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
