Position Title: Field Sales Executive


Role Summary: The Field Sales Executive is responsible for actively pursuing, acquiring, and maintaining client relationships to promote and sell the company's products or services. This role involves significant travel and face-to-face client interactions to meet sales objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and evaluate potential clients within the designated area. Generate leads through various methods including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Product Expertise: Remain informed about product offerings, industry developments, and competitor activities to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and demonstrate products to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and concerns.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to finalize sales agreements. Successfully close deals and secure client commitments.
  • Client Management: Foster strong client relationships, attract new business opportunities, ensure client satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to uphold high satisfaction levels.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, developing strategies to achieve the goals set by the organization.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel within the assigned sales territory to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.

Note: Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience will be considered.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in an outside sales capacity.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the convenience store, vape, and tobacco sectors is essential.
  • Background in B2B sales is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two years of proven experience as an outside sales representative.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Eligibility for e-verification.
