We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Travel Advisor to join our team at Ultimate Jet Vacation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our partner travel agencies and their luxury travel clients.
- Utilize your persuasive skills and strong closing techniques to convert leads into bookings.
- Create bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to the client's preferences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.
- Proactively address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage any issues that may arise during the booking and travel process.
- Continuously build and strengthen relationships with partner agencies through effective communication, regular updates, and support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, travel preferences, and bookings using our internal CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven sales success, including strong closing skills within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury travel or a travel agency setting.
- Preferably experience selling Caribbean, Mexico, & European destinations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong relationship-based sales skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel agencies.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and travel reservation software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
