Project Director

This role is responsible for the overall management of assigned projects, encompassing a range of sizes and complexities. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute project planning, including scope development, task organization, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Direct and manage project teams, overseeing the production of deliverables, including preliminary studies, plans, and cost estimates.
• Participate in monthly project accounting processes, reviewing time and expense charges, and preparing invoices and managing accounts receivable and work-in-process.
• Regularly review and assess project progress and financial performance, implementing changes to achieve optimal efficiency and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct project closeout, including contract closeout and internal evaluation of project performance relative to budget.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
