Project Overview

This position is responsible for the complete management of all assigned projects, ranging in size and complexity. The project manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute project plans, including project scope, task organization, estimates of effort, and schedules necessary to complete the project.
* Create and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and financial reporting.
* Direct and manage project teams, including resource identification and management, and ensure that all team members are working towards project goals.
* Coordinate and implement changes in resource assignments, production methods, etc. to achieve optimum efficiency and profitability.
* Communicate openly and frequently with clients during the course of a project to ensure that all issues are addressed efficiently to the client's satisfaction.

Project Focus

This position has a focus in transportation projects, including roads, highways, interchanges, stormwater conveyance, and associated work.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, business, or management.
* Proven experience in project management, including experience with project planning, execution, and delivery.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines to manage.
