Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Kansas Community Behavioral Health Clinics program. This is a key role in our partnership with KanCare and HealthyBlue Kansas, requiring a Kansas behavioral health licensure (LCSW, LSCSW, LMFT, etc) and five (5) years combined experience in mental health and SUD services.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Behavioral Health Medical Director, Behavioral Health Supports Director, employment services and supports coordinator, Care Coordination Director/Manager, and other key positions within the Elevance Health team to ensure the delivery of holistic and integrated person-centered care.

This is a non-management exempt position that requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management. Licensure and experience requirement as per Kansas state contract: Behavioral Health Clinician licensure such as LSCSW, LCSW, LMFT, etc. At least five (5) years of combined experience in mental health and SUD services.

Responsibilities
  • Manages and coordinates the development, approval, implementation and compliance of on-going external client facing programs
  • Manages external client facing relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas
  • Coordinates training related to external client facing program
Requirements
  • BA/BS
  • Minimum of 5 years external client facing experience in program/project management
  • Licensure and experience requirement as per Kansas state contract
