Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Proactively identify, market, and recommend bank products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Branch Servicing: Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Positive and engaging attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
