Job Overview

The Commercial Cash Management Advisor is accountable for driving growth in commercial deposits and enhancing revenue streams. This role involves strategic client engagement, portfolio management, and the development and delivery of tailored cash management solutions to both new and existing clients. The advisor will work closely with Relationship Managers and other team members to foster new business opportunities and strengthen cash management relationships across a diverse client portfolio, including Small Business, Middle Market, and specialized sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline for the Bank's Commercial Business Lines, focusing on new client acquisition and revenue generation in cash management.
  • Implement effective cash management sales strategies to enhance market presence and cultivate new commercial deposit relationships.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to devise a comprehensive outreach plan for existing clients with potential cash management needs.
  • Encourage a productive sales culture aimed at the profitable growth of deposit and cash management services.
  • Oversee the sales and implementation of cash management products, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Maintain a strong client-centric approach, demonstrating expertise in cash management and a thorough understanding of banking operations.
  • Utilize advanced technological skills to effectively communicate and operate the Bank's cash management offerings.
  • Prepare proposals and respond to client inquiries, ensuring competitive pricing and value delivery.
  • Coordinate with service teams to address client concerns and enhance service quality.
  • Organize annual reviews with top clients to discuss new offerings and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Work alongside operations and product support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive cash management solutions.
  • Monitor client engagement to mitigate attrition and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Support the sales process through training and product demonstrations for internal teams.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in providing sophisticated cash management solutions.
