About the Role:

Alera Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for assisting with new client onboarding, conducting review meetings with existing clients, and working closely with our advisors to grow and enhance existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support advisors with client inquiries and processing of new business
  • Provide exceptional client service to existing clients
  • Manage and retain strong client relationships
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients
  • Communicate the full range of the company's services and capabilities to clients
  • Responsible for the upkeep of client data in various internal systems
  • Attend evening educational workshops and introduce the main speaker or do the main presentation

Requirements:

  • College degree and 2+ years of financial services experience
  • Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7 & 66
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
