  • Inventory Management: Ensure that all cases and shelves are clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated.
  • Store Operations: Assist in the opening and closing of the department according to established procedures.
  • Customer Service: Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs and direct Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers.
  • Performance Management: Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Prepared Foods team procedures and policies.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions: This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
