Job Title: Service Desk Specialist

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal end users, ensuring hardware and software functionality, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal end users via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and repair
  • Document and track all interactions and issues in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall system performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert-level support
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Windows and Office
