Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Tucson Hotel Management, LLC. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

  • Offer personalized recommendations and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and update guest profiles as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
