Position Overview:


The Prep Cook role is a seasonal opportunity. We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about the culinary arts to become part of our Culinary team. This person should be creative, driven, and eager to enhance their skills in the kitchen.


Requirements:
  • Prepare and portion fresh ingredients
  • Manage food usage to reduce waste
  • Exhibit excellent knife skills and culinary techniques
  • Possess knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure consistency in food preparation
  • Keep a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in the kitchen
  • Notify supervisors of low inventory and assist with receiving and inventory tasks as needed
  • Restock items as necessary
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks
  • Ensure safe and efficient movement around the kitchen
  • Handle food, objects, products, and utensils safely
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation:
The compensation for this position is $21.00/Yr. - $21.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
