About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Senior Vice President to join our team at Gallagher Benefit Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and development across our region, leading a team of sales professionals, and implementing business strategies to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and other stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the Area President to establish annual and three-year revenue growth plans and implement strategies to exceed growth and profitability ratios
  • Contribute to the expansion of our footprint through organic growth initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Professional designation such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM is preferred
