We are a comprehensive civil and structural engineering company seeking an experienced Mission Critical Structural Engineer to lead our design teams. Based in Colorado, we have been delivering quality projects since the 1940s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets for design and construction phases.
  • Structural Design: Oversee structural design scope, coordinating efforts with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as primary contact for clients and contractors throughout design and construction phases.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute project-specific QA/QC plans.

About Us:

We cater to municipalities, public and private redevelopment entities, architects, homebuilders, state and federal agencies, land developers, and special districts across the United States and internationally. We offer a competitive salary of $160,000 - $190,000 per year, along with benefits including competitive pay, generous PTO, flexible spending account, health, dental, and vision coverage, 401k with company match, and parental leave.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • 9 years of progressive engineering experience (MSCE/MSAE counts as 1 year; passing the 16-hour SE exam also counts as 1 year)
