POSITION SUMMARY

The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for strategic thinking while ensuring the effective implementation of visual merchandising strategies that enhance client engagement, employee collaboration, and brand appeal. This role emphasizes a culture of teamwork and support between central and local teams, upholding the principle that 'People Make the Difference' alongside core values such as Creativity, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with Global CVM and Market leaders to align local initiatives and stimulate store traffic through innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the impactful display of merchandise in creative campaigns, managing logistics and installations across all retail locations.
  • Execute floorplan adjustments and uphold styling standards in partnership with Retail teams for visual merchandising.
  • Utilize retail activation and in-store environmental programs to bolster Market initiatives.
  • Facilitate new store openings and oversee CVM aspects of renovations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, visual display, or styling, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven business insight and capability to lead market stores effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with local vendor resources and basic construction tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email, with experience in managing staff.
  • Comfortable in a luxury retail environment, with a background in theatre or display lighting considered advantageous.

The compensation range for this role is $68,000-$91,000, determined by relevant skills and experience.
