Job Summary

The Visual Merchandising Specialist will play a key role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience at Tiffany & Co. stores. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of visual merchandising strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Visual Merchandising and Market leaders to leverage global campaign direction and support local market initiatives.
  • Ensure the selection and installation of high-quality visual displays and fixtures that meet brand standards.
  • Manage the ordering, logistics, and installation of visual merchandising collateral and creatives for all stores.
  • Develop and implement training plans for visual merchandising standards and budgets for new collateral.
  • Track the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and share results with Global Visual Merchandising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas - preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead market stores.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to successfully navigate complex relationships.
  • Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers.
  • Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Experience with managing job responsibilities & performance of a staff.
  • Must be willing to relocate if necessary.
  • Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $68,000-$91,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
