As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for researching and identifying growth markets, establishing strong networking relationships, and serving as a consultant to leaders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify growth markets to capture market share with new and existing customers.
  • Establish and cultivate strong networking relationships with key decision makers and industry partners.
  • Serve as a consultant to leaders and customers, working with complex multilevel interactions.
  • Define sales potential, prepare budgets, and maintain sales tracking and administrative reporting.
  • Collaborate in developing and utilizing CRM software to manage day-to-day sales activities.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Commercial diving experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 15%.
  • Ability to achieve security clearance.
  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or similar experience, ideally within the maritime industry.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills.
