Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
