Job Title: Experienced Automotive BDC Manager

Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BDC Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone and internet traffic, responding to customer inquiries, and setting appointments for customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Respond to email inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
