Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Chef Manager to join our team at Elior Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Accountable for recruiting, training, and developing staff to meet the needs of the business.
  • Manage and control kitchen budgets and resources to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement menu planning and food safety protocols to ensure high-quality food is served to our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve kitchen operations and staff performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a contract catering environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to implement and maintain high standards.
