Job Overview

Nichiha USA, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing efforts across the commercial building materials sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of B2B marketing, channel, brand, communications, and digital customer experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance corporate visibility and increase market penetration.
  • Employ analytical tools and KPIs to guide strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft and implement targeted campaigns.
  • Manage the creation and dissemination of all marketing content, ensuring it aligns with Nichiha's brand identity and meets the market's needs.
  • Engage with key market players to gather insights and feedback, refining marketing strategies and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in a senior marketing role, preferably within the building materials industry or similar B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong capability for strategic thought and the ability to use data and market analysis to inform decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and persuasive messages for varied audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated, curious, and capable of initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems; understanding of analytics and visualization platforms preferred.
  • Proven track record of adapting new technologies to solve practical business challenges.
  • Demonstrable experience in applying generative AI tools for enhancing business processes, specifically in marketing strategies, planning, and project management.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of marketing experience, with significant leadership experience in strategic marketing roles.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or related fields are beneficial.
