Channel Marketing Director

At Nichiha USA, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Channel Marketing Manager to drive growth and expansion in the commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for each key vertical within the commercial sector, leveraging market research and insights to inform approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including architects, contractors, installers, owners, and developers, to increase market intimacy and drive market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with the sales organization to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales activities, optimizing effectiveness and reach.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the commercial sector, informing strategic market entry and expansion strategies.
- Design and implement impactful marketing programs that effectively communicate value propositions and engage target audiences across multiple channels.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, using data to drive decisions and adapt tactics for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Extensive marketing experience within the building materials industry, particularly in commercial markets.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of in-depth market analysis and insight generation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of proactive project management and cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems; understanding of analytics platforms preferred.
- Proven track record of adapting new technologies to solve practical business challenges.
- Demonstrable experience in applying generative AI tools for enhancing business processes, specifically in marketing strategies, planning, and project management.
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years in marketing, with significant experience in commercial channels.
