At Charter Communications, we're building a new residential outside sales team to drive impact for our business, customers, and employees.

As a Market Development Specialist, you'll play a vital role in acquiring new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new customers through relationship building and community events
  • Focusing on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets
  • Building a network of referral partners to quickly engage prospective customers
  • Developing relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups within an assigned territory
  • Being rewarded for achieving sales goals in Internet, mobile, phone, and video sales
  • Connecting with your team by participating in sales meetings and training

This is a challenging role that requires effective communication, listening, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills.

Travel is daily in an outdoor environment, including days, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility based on performance.

Requirements include 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience and a strong ability to work independently.

We offer competitive pay, including a starting base salary plus uncapped commission, incentives, and bonus program, with an average first-year target compensation of up to $100,000+.
